The hoop entered my life 10-2010 from just one class that I took while we were on our vacation in London. That one class has changed my life and I have the opportunity now to share this passion with so many individuals! The hoop is life changing!

Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in! Space is large but can be limited!! :) I have hoops for students to use in class and custom handmade hoops/poly pro hoops for purchase.
Wear:Form fitting workout clothes, and pants/shorts(preferably cotton)! Bring water and your energy. See you then with a hoop in your hand and a smile!!!

About the instructor: Cyrena started hooping in 2010 in London, England. She was involved in a performance troupe called Hoola Monsters in 2012 and that same year she got her certification with ACE's Hoola-Fit. She currently teaches at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Brandon and has been teaching a Saturday class there for 4 years. She just stated teaching in Plant City also on Thursday nights at Old Skool Fitness. She also makes and sells custom hoops. She has worked with adults the past 3 1/2 years and over that time has enjoyed working with children. She is very excited to start her first kids class to promote exercise and self-expression. The hoop is an amazing tool that has changed her life and she loves sharing it with others.
