It’s going to be brrrr-illiant! Wild Wonderland lights up Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo with seasonal cheer and more than a million twinkling lights. Meet Santa (through 12/23), his merry mammals – REAL REINDEER (only at the Zoo) and their feathered friends – the penguin colony.
A new 100 foot long Arctic Freeze Ice Slide and nightly “Florida flurries” are reasons to take a “snow day!” More merriment awaits, with returning family favorites Reindeer Games, free Zoo rides, Frosty & friends walk-around characters, and delicious holiday treats.
Make memories as you stroll past charming animated displays and whimsical storefront windows. And Safari Spectacular — just one of the many new additions to this Tampa Bay tradition — offers a festive way to visit the animals of Safari Africa out under the starry night sky.

Enchanted Castle Light Show: See sparkling lights synchronized to festive holiday music against the beautiful backdrop of an enchanting castle entryway.
Santa and His Reindeer: Talk with the jolly old elf himself in his own “North Pole” pavillion then visit his reindeer, nearby.
Penguins: Have you heard, we have birds – penguins that is, staying up late for the event and dressed in their black and white best.
Wonder & Delight: Stroll along and enjoy the beauty and detail in these animated store front windows.
Holiday Shops & Treats:Browse for unique and wild gifts at our holiday shop, then satisfy your sweet tooth with a delicious seasonal dessert or cocktail throughout the Zoo.
Reindeer Games:Play carnival games and your little elves can jump for joy on our new inflatables.

Guests who purchase one-day Zoo tickets during the month of December can upgrade, at the time of purchase, to a Wild Wonderland Combination Ticket. Your Wild Wonderland "part" of the Combination Ticket is valid for any night of the event. Available for only $10 more for adults and $8 more for children (ages 3-11). Must be purchased at the Zoo's Main Gate and is not combinable with other discount offers.
