Dear Macaroni Families,
Many of us are trying to be good parents and always put the kids first, but sometimes we've got to remember to "take care of mama bear." Ya' know how in the airplane safety speech they talk about putting YOUR oxygen mask on first, in the event of an actual emergency of course. No need to wait for a crisis, sometimes we need take some time to exercise of just take a few minutes to ourselves without feeling selfish. I am hoping to take this advice myself this week... after I ejnoy some fun activities with the kids, of course!
