2nd Annual Children's Art Show for children ages 4-13
Is your child and artist? We would love to have him/her be a part of our Community Children's Art Show!
Entries may be submitted: June 23- June 27, 2014 from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm at Center Place Fine Arts & Civic Association.
$5.00 entrance fee per piece of art or 3 pieces for $10.00 (Limited to 3 pieces per artist)
Drawing, painting, photography, ceramics, jewelry, clay & wood pieces will be accepted.
2-Dimensional Artwork must be matted- nothing over 11'x 14' will be accepted
2-D art may also be a wrapped canvas, which will need to be wired to hang (no framing need on wrapped canvases)
Photography must be matted- nothing over 11'x 14' will be accepted
3-Dimensional Artwork must not exceed 12" H x 10" W, weight limit of 3 lbs.
Two typed 3 x 5 index cards/cut card stock must accompany each piece of artwork with the following information: Name, Age, Title of Work, Artistic statement and Phone number.
An Artist Reception, including refreshments will
be hosted on July 17th at 6:00 pm with awards
presented at 6:30 pm.
Awards will be given in four age categories
Ages 4-6 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place
Ages 7-9 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place
Ages 10-12 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place
Ages 13-14 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place
All artwork needs to be picked up on Thursday, July 31, 2014 by 5:00 pm.
