I had never been to a Motorcross show before so I was pretty excited to experience one.  At the start of the show  on the Jumbotron they explained what would be happening throughout the night in regards to the races and main events and about the different flags and what they meant.  It was a great informational bit for people like me so I had a better idea of what was going on. Once that was done, the music started, fireworks went off, the bikes came out and from then on it was non-stop action.  We had a great time picking our favorite rider and cheering him on to victory as they raced around the track, flying high.  The sport is a dangerous one and we witnessed a couple of accidents - one of which the black flag came out, which stopped the race until the driver could be safely removed from the field and taken to the hospital.  I hope he is okay!
There was also a junior race which I think my son Peyton particularly enjoyed.  I knew it was a successful night because as we were leaving he asked if I would buy him a motorcycle. It was a memorable night indeed!
