Our family recently spent the day exploring this limited-time event, and it was filled with hands-on fun from start to finish. Best of all, LEGO Festival is included with regular LEGOLAND admission, so if you're already planning a visit, you'll get to experience all the festival excitement at no extra cost.
A Celebration of Play
LEGO Festival transforms the park into an interactive celebration where kids are encouraged to use their imagination, get creative, and have fun. Throughout the festival, families can explore five themed activity zones featuring building challenges, live entertainment, music, character appearances, and creative play experiences.
One thing we loved was that this wasn't an event where you just watch from the sidelines. Everywhere we turned, there was something for the kids to participate in, whether it was building with LEGO bricks, dancing to music, or joining interactive activities.
Perfect for Families
LEGOLAND has always been designed with younger families in mind, and LEGO Festival fits perfectly with that mission. The event offers plenty of opportunities for kids to burn off energy while also sparking their creativity.
Our family especially enjoyed taking our time exploring each festival area between rides. It made the park feel even more festive and gave us plenty of opportunities to slow down and enjoy time together instead of rushing from attraction to attraction.
Parents will appreciate that the activities appeal to a wide range of ages, making it easy for siblings to enjoy the experience together.
Don't Forget the Rides
After experiencing the festival activities, we spent the rest of the day enjoying many of our favorite LEGOLAND attractions. The combination of classic rides and limited-time festival entertainment makes this a fantastic time to visit the park.
Whether your family enjoys roller coasters, interactive attractions, or simply building with thousands of LEGO bricks, there's something for everyone.
My daughter especially enjoyed the LEGOLAND® water park. This was our first visit to the water park portion, and it did not disappoint. The area includes a kiddie pool area, a wave pool for the big kids (and kids at heart), a lazy river, and larger water slides for the big kids and adults.
