In general, I am not a big jewelry person. I don't have accessories for every outfit. Come to think of it, unless jeans and a t-shirt count as an outfit, I probably don't even have an outfit! I do, however LOVE personalized jewelry.
I was given a gift card to pick out the Alex and Ani bracelet of my choice to review... I chose three! With so many choices, how could I pick just one? Plus, they look super-cute stacked. It's part of their "charm," (pun intended.) The bracelets I chose were a Live a Happy Life Charm Bangle - with Alex and Ani's classic style round stamped charm, a Compass Charm Bangle - a cut-out style charm, and a Peacock Feather Wrap - a feather shaped wrap in lieu of a dangling charm. I am really happy with my choices.
Alex and Ani's website has hundreds of designs to choose from: earth and seaside collections, initials & birthstones, inspirational phrases, and more. There are even collegiate, NFL and MLB licenced charms. On a recent trip to Disney World, I found out that they carry exclusive Disney themed Alex and Ani jewelry! With such a diverse selection of designs, there really is a bangle for almost anyone.
In addition to being cute and so easy to personalize, Alex and Ani is eco-friendly! Their jewelry is hand made from recycled materials and "infused with positive energy." What's not to love about that?
They are reasonably priced too (bangles starting at $24,) so I can easily see myself adding to my own collection and buying a few Alex and Ani bracelets as gifts in the near future!
I was very pleased with the look and quality of the bracelets. I also love the positive energy and how Alex and Ani's jewelry makes it easy to express your individuality. To me, that's what jewelry is all about.
