Healthy After School Snack: Apple Cupcakes

Here's a great snack to get you through your day. Your kids can even help to prepare it!

Ingredients:
  • 1 apple
  • peanut butter or almond nut butter
  • chia seeds
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
Slice one apple in half. Take the core out of each half. Fill the hole with your favorite peanut butter or almond nut butter. Sprinkle some chia seeds on the top and then dust with cocoa powder.

Eat and enjoy!
