Get ready for a star-spangled celebration as we spark a new #TampaFourth tradition!
We are introducing Tampa's newest community event--Boom by the Bay! This 4th of July celebration will feature family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and FOUR firework displays along Tampa's waterfront.
The Independence Day fun will be spread out across the following locations:
- Waterworks Park/Armature Works
- Julian B Lane Riverfront Park
- The Tampa Convention Center/The Sail
- Sparkman Wharf
Each location will feature a 20-minute firework show scheduled for 9pm, weather permitting. All fireworks will be shot from barges along the downtown waterfront. There will also be a variety of family activities, live music, food, drinks, and more fun spread across the locations.

Noon – 4pm: Classic American Car Show
4pm – 9pm: Hot Dog Eating Contest, Family Fun Zone, Live Music, Food & Drink on the Lawn
9pm*: Fireworks
Water Works Park
6pm – 9pm: Food Trucks, Live Entertainment
9pm*: Fireworks
Hard Rock Takeover at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park
6pm – 9pm: Live Music, Family Entertainment, Food Trucks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Experience
9pm*: Fireworks
Tampa Convention Center/The Sail
6pm – 9pm: Live Entertainment, Food & Drink
